At Aujjessa, we strive to ensure you love your fashion choices, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 15-day return and exchange policy. Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, and retain all original tags and packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Once your request is authorized, pack the items securely in their original packaging for our courier partner to collect.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Our logistics team will arrange a pickup from your delivery address within 48-72 hours of your request being approved.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the returned product passes our quality check at the warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
